About Me
For those of you who don’t know me my name is Tim Hennessy and I’ve personally been working out in the gym since 2010. I was only 109lbs when I started. During this time I became a certified personal trainer and have trained clients ranging in age from 9 to 78 years old. This variety of clientele helped me develop effective programs and keep my clients safe in the gym for longevity.
Keeping clients injury free has allowed me to build a trust with clients long term because a good workout program doesn’t always involve trying to kick someone’s ass like most trainers aim to do. A big proponent of a good program is listening to your body and being disciplined enough to stay focused and consistent with proper sleep, nutrition, hydration and managing stress levels in order to succeed. Notice how all of these things happen outside of the gym walls. I’m here to keep you accountable to your goals week after week whether you’re motivated every day or not. Realistically no one is always motivated.
Motivation is nothing without a plan and discipline. Time to get to work!
